Thank you for choosing Center for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Our physicians have been dedicated to serve the physical medicine and rehabilitation needs of patients since 1984. We appreciate your confidence in allowing us to help provide you with the highest quality of care. We strive to be your partner in health and are dedicated to fully educating you about your health needs, whether it is a short-term problem, or long-term conditions.

All our physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. We offer services to adolescents (teenagers) through adulthood.

We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic neuro-musculoskeletal problems. This includes:

- All types of spinal disorders
- Arthritis
- Joint pain
- Nerve injuries and neuropathy
- Sports injuries
- Post-stroke rehabilitation

The office provides a specialized program for post-polio syndrome and spasticity management.

In addition, here are some other procedures and services offered on-site:

- Radiology
- EMG’s
- Fluroscopic guided spinal/nerve injections
- Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound
- Botox injections for spasticity
- Prolotherapy and platelet rich plasma injection
- Trigger point and joint injections
- Independent medical evaluations
- Orthotic/prosthetic management

When additional hospital or specialty care is required, we refer to the network of physicians and hospitals affiliated with St. John Providence Health System.
