Providence Hospital Medical Building
We are located in the Medical Building, which is the fourth building south of Nine Mile Road. From Nine Mile and Providence Drive, drive SOUTH onto Providence Drive, following the signs back to the Medical Building.

You may valet park or self park. All self parking is free.

Our office is located on the 5th floor of the Medical Building, Suite 555.

*All Vascular Laboratory tests are performed in the Southfield office only.

Office Hours:

The office is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed all major Holidays.

24-Hour Care:

For after hour emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you need to speak with the physician on call, please call the Southfield Office at 248-424-5748, and talk with the answering service.

Information regarding non-urgent matters, such as test reults, prescription refills or chronic medical issues, will be addressed on the next business day.
