24-Hour Care:

For after hour emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you need to speak with the physician on call, please call the Southfield Office at 248-424-5748, and talk with the answering service.

Information regarding non-urgent matters, such as test reults, prescription refills or chronic medical issues, will be addressed on the next business day.
