Directions

The Medical Building is located near Beck Road and Grand River, on Providence Parkway. The Parkway  a circle road that goes completely around the outside perimeter of the Providence Park Hospital campus.

The Medical Office Building is a five story building, located behind the three story orthopdic building.

*All Vascular Laboratory tests are performed in the Southfield office only.

Hours

Office Hours:

The office is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed all major Holidays.

24-Hour Care:

For after hour emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you need to speak with the physician on call, please call the Southfield Office at 248-424-5748, and talk with the answering service.

Information regarding non-urgent matters, such as test reults, prescription refills or chronic medical issues, will be addressed on the next business day.
