Physicians

Registered Vascular Technologists

In our Accredited Vascular Laboratory, we have technologists with multiple certifications. 

Non-invasive testing performed includes:
Upper and Lower Extremity Arterial Doppler Exams
Venous Duplex Exams for DVT and Valvular Incompetence
PPG evaluation for Raynaud’s Syndrome

We also perform Carotid, Aorta-Iliac, Renal Artery and Mesenteric Arterial Duplex.
The tests take one hour or less, and are immediately ready for our physician to review.

Medical Assistants

Our medical assistants will take your vitals signs and prepare you for your visit with one of our physicians.  They will ask you for a list of all your medications, and allergies to any medications that you might have.

Medical Billers

Our medical billing staff will submit all claims to your insurance company.
They will post all payments received.
A billing staff member will work with you if you have any questions about your account.  Our Medical Billers can arrange for an easy payment plan if needed.

Medical Receptionists

Our medical receptionists will welcome you to our practice.  They will collect information from you, and answer any questions that you may have. The receptionists will update any changes regarding your referring physician, your address and your telephone number, as will as changes in your insurance coverage.  They will schedule your office visit with one of our physicians, and any required testing in our accredit Ted laboratory.  If you require testing outside our office they will work with you and your schedule and help arrange for appointments that you may require.

Medical Practice Administrator

Our medical practice manager is responsible for the day – to – day operation of the practice.  She manages and coordinates the medical and non-medical activities of the practice, insures compliance with all the Practice, State, Federal and HIPPA regulations. She acts as the Privacy Officer for HIPPA, protecting patient’s confidentiality.

Medical Scheduler

After you have met with a surgeon, and a decision for surgery has been made, you will meet with our scheduler.
She will coordinate the surgeon’s, patient’s, and operating room schedules.  The scheduler will also get any medical clearances required from your cardiologists and/or primary care physician.

The scheduler is also responsible for obtaining insurance pre-authorizations for your surgery.  If you have any questions regarding these arrangements the scheduler can be contacted at 248-424-5748.
