At Providence Family and Athletic medicine, all of our physicians are Board Certified in Family Practice. In coordination with our sister office Providence Athletic Medicine , we offer comprehensive health care for all your needs. 

  FLU/H1N1 VACCINE UPDATE

Our office has both theseasonal flu vaccine and the H1N1 vaccine.  They will be distributed first to our patients who are considered HIGH risk.

For H1N1(also known as swine flu) that includes:

  • Pregnant women
  • Household contacts and caregivers of children less than 6 months old
  • Persons age 6 months through 24 years and
  • Persons 25 years through 64 years who have chronic health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza such as diabetes, asthma coronary disease, cancer and other chronic conditions.
  • Adults 65 and older
