Building a strong team is the cornerstone of the Consultants in Cardiology practice. The CIC team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical assistants and support staff all committed to the highest standard of patient care.

Our team is proud to take the lead by advancing our level of patient care through technology, therapeutics and charting. Our cardiologists and vascular disease specialists offer state-of the-art diagnostic, interventional, and preventative cardiology and vascular services. In addition, all Consultants in Cardiology staff continue to be active teachers, lecturers and participants in medical research. This enables us to give our patients the most accurate diagnoses and the finest treatment available.

Providing the most advanced care means providing innovative technology. The electronic medical record system is a key component of this high tech approach. Consultants in Cardiology is one of the few cardiology practices in southeast Michigan that utilizes an electronic medical record. This computerized charting allows our physicians access to patients' complete medical records securely, from any of our three offices and from remote locations. The key to improved quality of care for patients is the ability for the staff to have information at their fingertips without breeching confidentiality. The e-record method for charting has also positively impacted patient care by aiding in medication management, increasing efficiency and allowing the ability to communicate accurately, legibly and instantly. Most importantly it allows our staff to concentrate on patient care, not paper work.
