The Electronic Medical Record project has been put on hold. Our normal scheduling has resumed. If your child will need a physical exam before school starts please schedule in June, July or August. Appointment availability will be limited in September.
As always, access to the appointment line will begin at 7:30am.
Immunization& Schedule
- 2mo, 4mo, 6mo, 9mo, 1yr, 15mo, 18mo, 2yr
If your child is up to date, the next set of immunizations will be after your child turns 4 and after your child turns 11years old
