Paula Labadie, MS, PAC Paula is our physician assistant and acting office manager. She has been with Dr. Wesen since 2003 and part of Michigan Breast Specialists since the inception in 2006. Paula graduated from Wayne State University's Master program in Physician Assistant Studies. Paula continues to lecture at Wayne State in their Physician's Assistant Program on breast health. She also has an undergraduate degree in Dental Hygiene from University of Michigan and a Masters degree in Food science and Nutrition from WSU before she found her passion as a PA. Paula is very committed to an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to health care and is interested in alternative and complementary therapies. Paula is certified in clinical breast exam and incorporates educating on self breast exam into all of her patient visits. Paula takes a holisitc approach to patient care and is known to discuss all lifestyle and wellness issues with her patients. She is very active in her community promoting overall health and specifically breast health. You can find her time sculling or hooking in her free time. She lives with her husband Michael in bike riding distance from the office. |

Mashona Richardson, Business Office Assistant Mashona has been with Michigan Breast Specialists since it started in 2006. She has been working with Dr. Wesen since 2003. She is one of our Business Office Assistants. She supports both Drs. Wesen and Falk in all aspects of patient care. She specializes in disability needs for our breast cancer patients. She is also proficient in all aspects of scheduling and billing. Mashona is usually the smiling face that meets you at the window. Our patients say, "Mashona has a smile in her voice". Shona has a special fondness for our seniors. She is known in our office to be able to lighten even the hardest days. Shona lives with her husband Steve, a chef, who is like another member of the MIBS team. |

Cynthia Cristini-Michaels, Surgical Scheduler Cindy has been with St. John Health for 14 years. Before joining Dr. Wesen she worked in OB/GYN and family practice. She is Dr. Wesen's surgical scheduler. She handles all aspects of her surgical scheduling and billing. She's also often a friendly face you'll meet at our window when checking in or out. Cindy is well versed in all insurance issues and is our internal insurance expert. Cindy is known as the mother of our group taking care of all of us. She can often be found giving de-stressing massages to us on hard days. |

Corinne Schutz, Business Office Assistant Corinne is one of our business office assistant's. She has been with St. John Health for over 10 years. She recently joined Michigan Breast Specialists in 2009. Prior to joining Michigan Breast Specialists Corinne spent her previous 10 years at St. John Macomb Hospital in both the Admitting and Surgical Services Departments. Corinne works most closely with Dr. Falk. She supports all functions of his practice including coordinating his surgeries. She also works closely with the rest of our staff in both the front and back office coordinating all aspects of patient care. Corinne is known as our "Don't worry, I'll do it" girl. She is a quintessential team player. |

Joclyn Holland, Medical Assistant Joclyn is our medical assistant. She helps faciltate the flow of the clinic and assists in patient care. She has been a medical assistant for 9 years. Jocelyn went into medicine because she loves working with people and helping others. She takes pride in every part of her job and really enjoys her work. Joclyn gets her energy from her patients and her energy is contagious. |

Donna Weiss-Davenport, RN Since jumping back into the workforce in October 2011, after 10 years as Mom/ volunteer, Donna has thoroughly enjoyed becoming a "breast specialist". Donna graduated from Wayne State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her 20 year career began as a nursing assistant and evolved to an Oncology Administrative Manager at Harper Hospital/Karmanos Cancer Institute. Patient and family education is one of her greatest passions. She believes that having the knowledge to deal with what you're faced with-big or small will empower the body, mind and spirit. She lives in Grosse Pointe with her husband, Rick and two daughters, Dana and Anna. When she's not spotted at a hockey arena or LAX field watching one of her daughters play, she can be found in her backyard getting muddy. |
